What aspects of humanity does Frankenstein's creature embody that make him a monster?

The "monster" is trying his best to survive a resurrection and pieced together body parts. A surgery he did not volunteer for and a death that is disturbed by science, he finds himself dazed and confused in a body that is not his own. Due to his intelligence, he perceives his appearance shocking and due to the towns peoples' prejudices, becomes their worst fears incarnate. He thus has no place in the world and the Eve created for him is immediately destroyed. The monster is Dr. Frankenstein, a scientist without the restraint of conscience; a creator with no sense of responsibility to his creation.
