Need advise about my Mom suffering from depression, anxiety and OCD?

Hello...My Mom is 74 and has been suffering from depression, anxiety and OCD for many many years. She finally is realizing that she is a hoarder and is willing to go for help(not till 2/9). She has been having alot of anxiety. She called me today and stated she asked my brother to come shovel and he stated she should call the neighbor and other stuff. She usually takes everything we say and turns it in to something bad and hurtful. Then she gets so mad and upset, crying and states she wants nothing to do with him or me in some issues. She is very hard to talk to about these subjects she gets so upset and then she will usually hang up on you or scream at you and we get no where. Any advise. She will be seeing a psychiatrist on 2/9 and eventually a psycholigist. Only bad thing is she suffers from Seizures and can not take alot of the medication for depression and etc. because they can cause Seizures. I just want her to be happier.
