Need Help Deleting Spyware Protect 2009?

Lemme tell you what happened. Today I was just like watching youtube videos when suddenly some pop-ups came up about my computer being affected and crap, and there was a spyware protect 2009 on and stay unprotected on. I didn't want to activate it or like buy it, so I just clicked the stay unprotected on, hoping that it won't pop up again. But now like it keeps popping up every like few minutes and it is really getting annoying. Also on the on right corner of my computer there is a rectangle that keeps popping up like every few seconds after closing it saying like spyware protect 2009 alert and then it gives me like details about something, and I know I shouldn't really care about it, or at least that's what like I read somewhere when I was trying to delete it. Anyway I was trying to delete it on the add or remove program, but it seems it isn't there. I checked under the "s" section and I scrolled down trying to find it, but I can't find it. I mean I might be looking carelessly, but I still looked pretty hard for it. Oh, and I don't know if this helps but this is what the icon looks like. Well, I can't find the image on google, but the spyware protection 2009 icon that's in my task bar looks like a shield that has a diagonal blue stripe, then a white diagonal stripe, then another diagonal blue stripe. Also I had Windows Live OneCare, but it was just a trial, and the trial is up. I mean the icon is still there, but you know the trial is up so it doesn't really matter.
