Boarding in san diego?

i live in la mesa/spring valley, go to school up in claimant and i need a nice clean boarding stable for my thoroughbred. Im getting a new horse and will not be boarding him at the place im at now. I would like it to be clean, relatively big, and geared more toward english as i jump and ride dressage. It doesn't have to have great trails as i mostly do Arena work but they are nice once in a while. Private or public i don't really care as long as the place in nice and kept up. one huge bonus is a breezing track! My major problem has been finding one in my price range. I cant really pay anything above 250p/m. please if you know of any places close to where im at..
