How do the Brits view one another?

It terms of ethnicity it would be Irish, Scottish, English and Welsh. British wouldn't refer to ethnicity but rather to the nationality of people from Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland(Not Republic and some Northern Irish would prefer to be referred to as Irish in nationality).
