How much is a handicap ticket fine in Los Angeles?

I received a ticket for $340 at a Kinko's, while dropping off heavy packages for work. with in a span of 1 to 2 minutes a parking enforcer was writing me a ticket, and had marked that i was fully in the handicap space when i was only about half way in it.
