Atheists: How do you jump from, "The Book is flawed," to, "therefore, it is untrustworthy."?

The last time I checked, this qualified as a logical fallacy. I'm curious as to where you got your information concerning the alleged perfection of the Bible? Was it the Bible or a person you either heard or who's writing you read?
