NO CYCLE IN 4yrs. OMG!!!!?

I've been to my doctor place me on meds that was suppose to force my period. but nothing. Had blood work the other day and they called stating my hormone level was high. So they wanted to do and ultra sound. Went to ultra sound this morning and everything looks normal. They were looking for my adrenal gland to be enlarged but it wasn't. HELP ME with any ideas.
