How not to loose this girl?

I have know this girl Cate for a long time. We laugh alot like the same things so forth. So she comes over Friday and we spend the whole night making out from 11 to 6 in the morning. the next day she sends me a myspace message in elaborate detail how she wan'ts to break it off because she is afraid of hurting me later and how messed up she is. so what do i do haha as a alternative to giving up. note she means alot to me
