Has the Obama mystique begun to fade.......?

as more and more people realize that there is no substance to all the hope, change, we can fluff? Are his flip flops to the right on guncontrol, wiretapping, election reform and Iraq having an effect? OR Are there still folks out there (independent of genuine dissatisfaction with Bush) who believe the Obama fluff is real? Other than HS students, folks on welfare, excons and a tering of antiAmerican malcontents, is there anyone who believes that the Obama proposed tax raise and defeatism will help them during tough economic and dangerous times? Obama may personally be a nice guy, but is he really presidential material? PS. I think Bush has done a bad job on lots of fronts, but that doesnt make me automatically want to jump to someone I perceive as less capable.
