Can I sue the police for racism? I was arrested while carving Obama's visage into Mt Rushmore?

The arresting officer claimed he voeted for Bush twice too, and that Bush was a great president, and of course the officer was white. Yet he dislikes Obama. Is this a clear case of racism or hate crime arrest?
