Why is Yaho Cristian on Dancing with the Stars?

Just have to vent a little. Cristian - on Dancing with the Stars, had an injury and yahoo is making it sound like he faked it. I would appreciate Yahoo sticking to the facts and telling us FACTS and not give their opinion like "Weird injury gives Cristian an excuse". That is being really rude and judgmental Yahoo, and some of us, don't like it.
