Which one would YOU choose and why(for girls)?

If by looks after you, you mean he takes care of you, I'd say A. If you mean he just stares at you, I'd probably go with B. C is waaaay too much of a flake - he doesn't even know me, so how could he love me? B would be a challenge; does he like me because he's a player or because he really likes me?
