Possible rotator cuff problems?

I am a pitcher and on Monday after I had pitched the day before I noticed a sharp pain where my rotator cuff is. I can raise my arm in all directions including putting it straight out and lowering it slowly. When I make a throwing motion,sometimes Ii have barely any pain, sometimes significant pain. Also I hear not feel alot of popping in my arm. Thanks for the help
